In a few days Valentine's Day is coming up again! A day on which people who love and like each other give each other gifts. I still remember a few fragrant flowers or just a small gift of chocolate.
Over the last years, or actually almost decades, I often think to myself that the real focus is unfortunately somewhat lost. Gifts are getting bigger, more magnificent and more expensive.
Especially in our fast moving and hectic world in which we live today, it would make much more sense to give something far more valuable than expensive gifts, namely TIME!
Time for our dearest person, our soul mates, our family. What is more relaxing than sitting in a hammock with our partner and a good glass of wine and just chatting? How was your day? What do you have on your schedule tomorrow? What are we doing for the weekend? Surely each of us will find a multitude of these same questions.
I wish you on this way a relaxed and homely February 14th!
